Charleston has it all; historic houses, a great civil war heritage, rivers and beaches for exploration and some of the best cuisine in the south.
We stayed in a quaint little B&B near the market called the Palmer Pinckney Inn. Our room is cozy with a fireplace and whirlpool tub, perfect for a February stay. Palmer Pinkney is perfectly located near the market and some of the finest restaurants in historic charleston.
Right across the street from the inn is the bustling Cru cafe, where we tasted some of their specialties like the fried oyster wrap and shrimp BLT.
We ended the night early at one of my favorite spots in Charleston, Pearlz Oyster Bar. Fresh seafood, mouth watering fried and fresh oysters. Always fun but an especially great value for happy hour. Pearlz is a “must do” when in Charleston.
